U.S. intelligence agencies have their own version of Twitter. It’s called eChirp.



The intelligence community has developed its own internal social media network called eChirp, which is patterned after Twitter. Not only did they base the name on Twitter, they based the logo on it, too. No imagination. Did they reverse engineer the software?
